Bok choy garlic stir fry



This simple stir fry is quick and simply delicious.

Ingredients
Two bunches of bok choy - cut the end of the bok choy, cut the rest of the vegetable to 5 cm pieces

Garlic - mince
A tea spoon of chicken powder
Oil 

Cooking method
Heat oil in pan on high heat heat,  stir fry garlic until fragrant, put in the bok choy. Mix the bok choy, oil and garlic thoroughly, leave to cook for one minute or until the bok choy becomes softer - keep stirring. sprinkle a tea spoon of chicken powder, mix thoroughly, leave to cook for another minute.

It is important not to over-cook the bok choy; when over cooked it turns dark green and the texture is very soft. Stop cooking when the bok choy is medium green in colour, and the texture is a bit crunchy.

When cooked, transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice and other dishes.
